ROBINS, JAMES A. - The death of James “Jim” Alexander Robins of Saint John occurred on Monday, July 29, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born in Saint John on June 6, 1933 and was a son of the late Alexander and Helen Robins. Jim worked as a Longshoreman for most of his life until his retirement. Jim is survived by his wife; Elizabeth “Betty” Robins, children; Robert, Pat, Florence, and Audrey, one brother, George and one sister, Audrey, as well as several step-children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
At Jim’s request there will be no visitation. Following cremation, a Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, August 1, 2013 a t12:10 PM from the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
