HUSSEY, DOREEN H. (MERCER) - Doreen H. (Mercer) Hussey, 80, of Monarch Hall, Riverview and formerly of Moncton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday morning, August 12, 2013. Born in Halifax, NS, she was the daughter of the late William T. and Mary “Lily” (Benson) Mercer. Doreen was a former X-Ray Technician at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax and a former employee of The Moncton Hospital. She was a member of St. John’s United Church and the UCW. Doreen spent the majority of her life supporting and working in her church and was also a member of the Liberal Party of Canada. Doreen will be sadly missed by her sister, Clara McCalla (Bruce) of Nepean, ON and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Rowena Kerr and one brother, William W. Mercer.

Aaron Billard officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment, Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
