MARY PETTIGREW
MARY PETTIGREW
The family of the late Mary Pettigrew of River Bourgeois would like to express our appreciation for the kindnesses and support given to our beloved Aunt during her illness and recent passing.
We especially extend our sincerest gratitude to Dr Paul Pluta, for his excellent medical care and to the nurses of Strait Richmond Hospital and the CBRH Dialysis Unit for their endless compassion and patience. We thank the ladies of the CWL of St John the Baptist Parish for honoring one of their own. We were honored by the tribute by members of the Royal Canadian Legion in the funeral mass – thank you. Father Lamey, we thank you for your spiritual guidance during her final journey. Her faith never waivered. We also appreciate the consideration and professional assistance received from the staff of Green’s Funeral Home in Port Hawkesbury.
Mary was a wonderful friend to so many and a stanch community supporter, along with her late husband, Bob. We would be remiss not to acknowledge her dearest of friends, who were an integral part of her life: Beatrice Morrison, Alice Sampson, George Landry and Macey. We sincerely thank you all.
