HUTCHINSON, GEORGE "MURRAY" - George Hutchinson, 86, of Youngs Cove, passed away at home on August 15, 2013. Murray was a son of the late Thomas and Lettie (nee Keirstead) Hutchinson. Murray worked as a maintenance worker and a driver for Toronto Housing Authority for a number of years. He loved his tools and his gadgets and was a big sugar fiend. He also loved his maple cookies. Murray is survived by his wife, Mabel Evelyn Hutchinson; his son, Douglas (Janet) Greene; his granddaughter, Amber Greene; his brothers, Frederick "Freddie" Hutchinson of Norton and Donald Hutchinson of Westfield; his sisters, Myrtle Foster of Quispamsis, Florence Anderson of Fredericton and Mable Little of Saint John; as well as his many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Murray was predeceased by his brothers, Harold, Gordon, Kenneth, Earl, Lorne, Charlie and Howard; his sisters, Georgie Thorne, Gertrude Scerven and Olive Jones.
There will be no visitation as per his request; the service will be held on Monday, August 19, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road, Sussex, New Brunswick.
