LINTON, RONALD E. - At his residence, August 31, 2013, Mr. Ronald E. Linton of Linton Corner passed away at the age of 84 years. He was the husband of the late Alice Ashworth who passed away in 2009. Born in 1928, he was a son of the late William and Amelia (Marston) Linton. He is survived by four sons, William (Sheila) of Three Brooks, Keith (Mary) of Linton Corner, Dwight (Dr. Lillian) of Perth-Andover and Timothy (Linda) of Linton Corner, one daughter, Pamela Dufresne (Jean-Pierre) of Grand Falls, ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one sister, Joyce McCurdy of Dalhousie Junction, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, James and two sisters, Alda Ingram and Glenna Harding.
Services for Mr. Linton will be private. Interment will be in the family plot at Linton Corner Cemetery. For those who wish, donations in his memory may be made to the Linton Corner Cemetery. Arrangements are by O'Regan's Funeral Home Ltd., Grand Falls. www.oregans.ca
