It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dale William Brake announce his passing at the Health Science Centre in St. John’s at the age of 54 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories mother: Mary (Nee Keogh); sister: Carolyn Beck (Brian); niece: Katie Beck, also a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by father: William Robert; grandparents: William & Pearl Keough and Elizabeth & William Brake. Cremation has taken place. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Chapel on Wednesday September 11, 2013 at 10.00a.m.from where the Funeral service will take place at 11.a.m with Father Maurice O’Quinn officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
