Rowena J. Richardson

The family of the late Rowena Richardson wish to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to all family and friends who supported and comforted us during the passing of our much loved wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and aunt.
We gratefully acknowledge the mass and sympathy cards, beautiful flower arrangements, gifts of delicious food, phone calls and visits to the funeral home as well as attendance at the funeral, especially to those who came long distances.
Thank-you to all those who donated to the Gander Food Bank in her memory.
Special thanks to and our sincere appreciation of everyone working at Lakeside Nursing Home for their kindness and caring during Rowena's time with them and to Dr.Carmel Casey for her years of dedication and care.
Thank-you to Rev.Wesley Oake and to Geof Wells for the funeral arrangements .
To Karen Nevin (organist) and the choir of Fraser Road United Church.
Also, Stacey’s Funeral Home for their professionalism with all the arrangements.
Dad would also like to thank neighbours and friends Gerry and Helen Adams for their many kindnesses over the years but especially since Mom’s illness and Blanche Cooper for her friendship and steady supply of partridgeberry puddings and cinnamon buns.
We are truly thankful that Mom lived a long happy life, she deserved nothing less.
She will be forever loved and missed by all who knew her.
