It is with great sadness that the family of the late LYNETTE JEAN HICKMAN of Fortune, NL, announces her passing at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s, on Saturday, September 14, at the age of 61. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are: Daughter – Katrina Lafosse (Dion) of Lamaline & Son – Corey Lafosse (Kayla) of Edmonton, AB; Mother – Caroline Day; Sisters – Velma (Murdock) Stewart, Olive Hickman, Kathy (Roland) Oram & Darlene (Gus) Benteau; Brother – Wilson (Mary) Hickman; Special Friends – Phil & Kay Mavin, Georgina & Chris Cox & Reta Forsey; 3 Special Grandchildren – Katrina Lafosse, Shawn Lafosse & Brianna Lafosse; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Lynette was predeceased by her Father – Thomas Hickman.

The Funeral Service took place at the Salvation Army Citadel in Grand Bank, on Wednesday, September 18, at 2:00 p.m. Cremation followed. In Lynette’s memory donations may be made to The Hickman Family.
