CHARLIE JOEY CHOW
1952 ~ 2013
Charlie Chow died suddenly in Montréal Lachine Hospital on September 13, 2013.
He was predeceased by his father Quai On Chow from Canto, China and his mother Annie James from Boston Bar, B.C.
Charlie is survived by his brother Gordon Chow, relatives from Vancouver Susie Chow, Ken F. Chow and Ivy Chow, friends Nancy Kwok, Anna Kwok and Alex Ng in Edmonton, Lawrence and Jenny Choi in White Rock.
Charlie played soccer under Pat O'Brien at Norkam. He went to Devry in Toronto to learn electronics. He spent about 20 years at General Electric in Edmonton and about 20 years in Kamloops at Province Wide Communications with Tom, Betty, Russell and Jim.
Charlie just wanted to travel. Being an observer - he enjoyed his cameras and his photos. He was on his pilgrimage on the way to St. James when he passed away - maybe Charlie met St. James and St. James has put in a good word with God.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 30, 2013 in the Kamloops Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery.
