It is with great sadness that the family of the late A. Maud Kendell announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Saturday October 5, 2013 at the age of 81. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Marjorie Meade, Hermitage, NL, Della (Eric Kearley), Morrisville, NL, Effie (Alf Collier), St. Alban’s, NL, Edison, Morrisville, NL, Andy (Kristen), Morrisville, NL, Mary (Enos Bungay), Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, Darlene (Dana Brushett), Milltown, NL, Dean (Betty), Head of Bay d’Espoir, NL, Diana Kendell (Vic), St. Bernard’s, NL, Darren (Glenda), Ottawa, ON & Marvin (Lisa), Morrisville, NL; 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother: George Kearley, Head of Bay d’Espoir, NL; brothers in law: James Kendell, St. Alban’s, NL & Ronald Kendell (Joan), Morrisville, NL as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: Edgar; sisters: Mary Kearley, Effie King, Jane Kearley & Olive Cox; son in law: Franklin Meade; parents: James & Caroline Kearley. The funeral service was held on Tuesday October 8, 2013 at 2 pm at the Anglican Church of the Ascension, Morrisville, NL with Rev. Roy Simms officiating.
