Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, October 7, 2013, Patricia M. Lewis of Harbour Grace, age 76 years. Predeceased by husband: Walter; son: Donny; daughter: Lorraine; brothers: Don and Bill. Left to mourn, five daughters: Rosland Squibb, Harbour Grace, Agnes (George) Lynch, Upper Island Cove, Patsy Lewis (Scott Trickett), Harbour Grace, Sandy Lewis ( Evelyn Lewis), St. John’s and Karen Burkhard (George), North Carolina, USA; two sons: Ben (Maria), Carbonear and Walter, Harbour Grace; special grandson: Jason (Jody) and also a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law: Rosalyn Lewis, St. John’s; one brother: Kevin (Doris) Bursey, Harbour Grace; three sisters: Peggy (Wallace) Pike, Harbour Grace, Molly (Gerald) Tremblett, Bell Island and Lois (Wayne) Martin, Harbour Grace; also a number of other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Fr. Michael Barker conducted the Funeral Mass on Wednesday, October 9 from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment took place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. Donations in her memory may be made to the Parkinson Society of NL.
