LEBLANC, LIONEL J. - Lionel J. LeBlanc, 87, of Moncton, passed away on Friday October 11, 2013 at The Moncton Hospital. Born August 23, 1926 in Gayton, NB, he was the son of the late Lucien and Marie (Arsenault) LeBlanc. Lionel is survived by his seven children: Gloria LeBlanc, Anne Durand, Angela Bourque, Claire LeBlanc, Armand (Darlene), Robert (Sherry), and Roger; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; a sister, Alma Melanson; a brother, Léo (May); many nieces, and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife, Marie née Allain (2002); an infant son, Valmond; three sisters: Agnes, Lorraine, and Doris; eight brothers: Eddie, Fred, Emery, Alain, Narcisse, Léandre, Albert, and Francis.
There is no visitation by request. The family will receiving friends and relatives for the funeral service and reception at the Frenette Funeral Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Tuesday, October 15 at 11:30 am.
