With sorrow we, the family, announce the passing of Blair (Jake) Devoe at the age of 65 in Grande Prairie, Alta. on Oct. 20, 2013.
A long time resident of Grande Prairie, he is lovingly remembered by his son, Raven Mikhail; brothers, Gerard, Port Colborne, Ont., Colin (Margaret), Sydney Mines; sisters, Patricia, Natick Mass., Diane (Donnie), Cochrane, Alta., Michelle (Louis), Sydney Mines and Lynn, St. Catharines Ont.
Blair was predeceased by his wife, Salena and daughter, Shawna; his parents, Walter and Elizabeth Devoe; siblings, Walter, Yvonne, Brian, Lorraine, Kevin, Paul and infant, Elizabeth. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service was held at St. Joseph Church in Grande Prairie. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
