Passed peacefully away at the Central Newfoundland Health Care Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on Monday, October 21, 2013, Mrs. Evelyn Sutton, age 86 years, of Head of Bay D’Espoir. Leaving to mourn her loving family: children, Linda and husband, Hedley Wicks at Mount Pearl, Hubert and wife, Debbie at Labrador, Henry and wife, Nancy at Dartmouth, NS, Clyde and wife, Shirley at Milltown, Cynthia and husband, Kevin McDonald at Head of Bay D’Espoir, Kenneth at St. John’s, Susie and husband, Anthony Hoskins at Head of Bay D’Espoir; sixteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren; brothers, Eric (Mary), Sid (Dorothy), Joe (Blanche), Calvin Willmott and Les (Minnie); sisters, Sheila (Aloysius) and Joan; plus a number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband, Hubert; mother, Susanna; father, Fred; brothers, Fred, Henry and Herb; sister, Sadie. Funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 2:00 pm from Christ Anglican Church in Milltown with Rev. Roy Simms officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Milltown.
