Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital with her family by her side on Sunday, Betty Bryant of Heart's Content, age 65 years. Leaving to mourn her husband Harrison; daughter Marilyn Green (Ken); two sons: Perry (Theresa) and David (Tammy); six grandchildren: Matthew (Tiffany), Andrew, Courtney, Nicholas, Julia and Sophia; two sisters: Mary Bursey (George) and Vera George; sister-in-law Audrey Drodge; brother-in-law David Underhay. Also many special friends and other relatives. A special thank you to the staff of the 7th floor and the I C U of Carbonear General Hospital. At Betty's request cremation has taken place. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton on Thursday, October 31 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and Friday, November 1 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A private family service will take place at a later date.
