The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday, November 4, 2013, of Elmer Ernest Moser of Summerside, and formerly of Moser River, N.S., aged 75 years. Elmer was born on December 7, 1938, in Moser River, N.S., to his late parents Ernest and Miranda (nee MacDonald) Moser. Beloved husband of Theresa (nee McEachern) Moser. Survived by his brother Bud Moser of N.S., brothers and sisters-in-law Mildred Bernard of Summerside, Theresa Ashley, Rita Gallant, Marina (Angus) LeBlanc and Elwood Gallant, all of Ontario, and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Elmer was predeceased by his stepmother Rose (nee Gallant) Moser, brother Ronnie, sister-in-law Doris Moser, brothers-in-law Russell, Robert and James Gallant, Milton Ashley and Fred Bernard. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, until Thursday, Nov. 7, for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours on Wednesday afternoon only, 2-4 p.m. Memorial donations in Elmer’s memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
