Edward Thomas of Tk'emlups Indian Band passed away in the early morning hours on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at the age of 73 years in Kamloops.

He died peacefully at Royal Inland Hospital and is survived by his loving sisters, nieces and nephews.

Ed was a lifelong resident of Kamloops and was lovingly known as "Unc" by many. Ed was an esteemed horseman, athlete, hunter and outdoorsman who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. "Unc" was a loving, proud and devoted man who will be missed and remembered by all who knew him.

Family will celebrate Ed's life and will have a wake service at 1218 Salish Rd, Kamloops, B.C.

A Funeral Service will follow on Friday, November 8, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church, located at 200 Chilcotin Rd, Kamloops, B.C.
