Lillian Dixon Jones, 102, a resident of Seaview Manor passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 7,2013 at Seaview Manor, Glace Bay.
Born in Tanfield Lea, England, August 6,1911, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Florence (Dixon) Wilkie.
Lillian is survived by sons, David (Paula), Robert (Brenda) and
stepson, Ronald; daughter Brenda (Roy), nieces, nephews and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Lillian was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, November 10, 2013 at the SW Chant & Son Funeral Home, 564
Alexandra St., Sydney. With Majors Kent and Dana Hepditch officiating.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Seaview Manor and Dr. Ellerker for their care and compassion given to our mother over the
years.
