Wallace died Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Survived by wife Caroline; sons, Randy (Linda), Tim (Nicole Gaskell); grandchildren, Ryan and Matthew Martell, Maeven Gaskell; sisters Mary, Margie, Cecilia, Lorraine, Maureen; brothers, Lawrence and Duncan.
Predeceased by parents, Abe and Jessie (MacDougall); brother, Sid.
Cremation has taken place. At Wally's request, there will be no visitation. Burial at a later date.
Special thanks to Fr. Frank Abbass, Dr. Peter Jackson, VON, palliative care unit, Duncan and Annette Martell and so many others who supported us during Wally's illness. Your love, prayers and support have made this very difficult time bearable.
