Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, Mary Nolan, of Torbay, aged 97 years. Predeceased by her parents James and Jane Nolan, sister Anne Roche and special friend Joseph (Joey) Codner. Leaving to mourn, with many treasured memories, a dear friend with whom she resided, Sandy Codner and her children Craig (Stephanie), Chris (Lisa), Tina (Bob), Corey (Krista). Also fondly remembered by her afternoon tea buddies, Carol, Regina and Barb; her niece and nephews residing in the United States and an extended circle of friends and neighbours. Mary touched many lives with her overwhelming kindness throughout her life and will be missed by all those who shared her friendship. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation on Thursday and Friday from 2 – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2013 from Holy Trinity Church with interment to follow at the Old R.C. Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to Ronald McDonald House.
