It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marjorie Theriault on November 6, 2013.
Born on September 28, 1928 in Little Pond, Cape Breton, Marjorie was the beloved daughter of George and Alice Cadwell.
Marjorie will be missed by her loving husband Daniel Sr. (Fonce) and by her children Daniel Jr., David, Catherine and John and their families. She is survived by two sisters, Adelaide and Levina.
Her passion was her garden, baking and tending to her guests at their Auld Manse Bed & Breakfast in Baddeck Forks. Her family extends a tremendous thank you to the staff of Sunrise of Beaconsfield whose care for her was absolutely wonderful.
At her request, a memorial service was held just for her immediate family. Donations in Marjorie’s name may be made to the Canadian Alzheimer’s Society.
