ROY-BABINEAU, ANNA - Anna Roy-Babineau, 96, formerly of Riverview, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Villa du Repos in Moncton. Born on March 7, 1917 in McLeans, NB, she was the daughter of the late Clément and Lucille (Belliveau) Girouard. She is survived by one son, Ronald Roy (Dianna) of Moncton; one grandson, Jason; three step-grandchildren: Kathleen, Denise and David; two great-grandchildren: Nathan and Tiffany, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the last survivor of her immediate family. She is predeceased by her first husband, Eric Roy (1977), her second husband, Clarence Babineau (2002) and four brothers: Irénée, Henri, Pierre and Edgar.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. only.
