Passed away suddenly at G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital in Clarenville. Iris leaves to mourn her son Dean (Laurie); daughter Connie; sister Yvonne (Eric); brother Harold (Michelle); grandchildren: Christopher, Rachel (Reggie), Kyle, Joshua and Matthew and great-grandchildren: Alexis, R.J and Riley as well as nieces and nephews. She also had numerous friends she considered family. She was active in her community with fundraising. However, most of you know her as Lou the Joke teller from the “Late Bloomers.” Visitation is held at Strathie’s Funeral Home in Bonavista on Nov. 21 and Nov. 22.
