Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, surrounded by his family, on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 of Preston R. Bowley, of East Royalty, age 67 years.
Beloved husband of Dianne (nee MacEwen). Cherished father of Deanna (Nelson Rice) of Halifax, N.S. Dear brother of Wayne (Linda), Anna (Garfield) Anderson, Joan Bowley and Eric (Donna). Survived by his mother-in-law, Beth (nee Drake) MacEwen; brother-in-law, Alfred (Ginny) MacEwen; sister-in-law, Vonda (Archie) Cameron. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents, George and Ruth (nee Lamont) Bowley; father-in-law, Gordon E. MacEwen; sister-in-law, Cathy Bowley; brother-in-law, Gerard Perry; niece, Jennifer-Anne Bowley; and nephews, Brian MacEwen and Scott MacEwen.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the funeral will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment in Midgell Cemetery.
