The family of the late Fannie Elizabeth Whalen (nee Young) wishes to thank everyone for their kindness and support during our time of sorrow.

We acknowledge with gratitude, all who visited the family, sent cards, messages, flowers, food and donations. We extend a ­heartfelt thank you to Dr. Wadhwa for his exceptional care and support. A special thank you to the management and staff of the Long Term Care Home, Four North, Corner Brook. To Majors Wayne and Betty Ann Pike, to Brian Snow, Organist, to the Salvation Army Community Care Ministries, to the Home League and all who participated in and attended the funeral service at the Salvation Army Citadel, Deer Lake, thank you for being there for us. We deeply appreciate the ­professional and compassionate services provided by the staff of Parsons Funeral Home, Deer Lake.
