Passed peacefully away at Saint Luke's Home on Monday, January 6, 2014. Marie (Mary Ann) Hounsell age 89 years. Predeceased by her husband Thomas (1977). Left to celebrate her life her son Tom (Michelle); daughter Regina (David Warren); four grandchildren Nicholas (Danielle Seward), Mark, Kieran (girlfriend Taylor Rogers) and Francesca Walsh; lifelong friends Madeline and Joe Pearcey and special friends Betty and Levi Warren and family as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff of Pleasant View Terrace and to Saint Luke's Home for their care and support. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in her memory to the Autism Society.
