MOSS, ALLAN GILBERT - Allan G. Moss of Zealand, NB passed away January 21, 2014 with his family by his side at York Care Centre. Allan was born August 4, 1926 at Waterborough, NB, a son the late Walter and Stella (Ferris) Moss. Allan worked at Mactaquac Park until his retirement. He is survived by the love of his life for 64 years, Lois (Jenkins) Moss; five sons, David Moss (Carol), Merlin Moss (Anne), Frankie Moss (Dixie), all of Zealand, NB, Eric Moss, Burtts Corner, NB and Richard Moss, Doaktown, NB; three daughters, Donna Toole, Dolly Graves, both of Burtts Corner, NB and Lorraine Albright (Gerald), Scotch Settlement, NB; seven sisters, Dorothy White (Orville), Bertha Dejeet (Alfred), Muriel White (Philip), Leta Kennedy (Gordon), Barb Bond, Marlene Moss and Diane Vail; three brothers, Chester Moss (Jean), Everett Moss (Audrey) and Ronnie Moss (Thelma); thirty-two grandchildren; seventy-five great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two grandsons, Thomas Muise and Ian Moss; four sisters, Lena Vail, Violet Long, Marie Ferris and Cora Clark; one brother, Harold Moss; two infant sisters and two infant brothers.
Visiting hours will be held at Zealand United Pentecostal Church, 2016 Route 104, Zealand, NB on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 2 p.m. from the church with Rev. Fred Wickett and Rev. Don McCarty officiating. Interment will be later at Zealand Community Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons Kevin Muise, Randy Moss, Kirk Moss, Allan Graves, Derrick Moss and Kirby Albright.
