Sylvia Mary Lindberg (Lebedowich) was born to Seman and Mary Lebedowich on September 16th, 1942. She grew up on a farm near Tway, SK attending school in Crystal Springs, Yellow Creek and then later Business College in Prince Albert, SK.
In July of 1961 Sylvia married Orest Zelowsky in Prince Albert, SK. Together they had two children Laura and John. Throughout her life, Sylvia worked as a waitress, a store clerk and as a secretary. She enjoyed spending her time gardening and reading. She also took great pleasure in her time spent at the lake.
Sylvia was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a devoted wife, a hard worker, dependable and trustworthy.
Sally displayed grace during times of trial in life. She fought a valiant fight. I love you, Mom
On January 4th, 2014 Sylvia passed away at the Nipawin Hospital with family by her side. She was predeceased by husband Orest Zelowsky and Warren Lindberg and is survived by her two children Laura Johnson and John Zelowsky.
A memorial service to honor the life of the late Sylvia Mary Lindberg will be held at a later date.
