Priya Thangasamy passed away on January 22 at her home in St. John's after a brief battle with cancer. Predeceased by her father Diamond Balachaudran she leaves to mourn her adoring husband Christian; sons, Andrew and Simon, mother Chandra; Brothers Mallickumar, Vasanthakumar, Devakumar and a large number of other family and friends. Visitation will take place at Carnells Funeral Home on Freshwater Road on Friday January 24 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9, Saturday January 25 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9. Service will be held at St.John's Salvation Army Temple on Torbay Road Sunday January 26 at 2:30 with interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery on Blackmarsh Road.
