It is with great sadness the family of Kevin Cheeseman announces his passing on January 31, 2014 at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center age 85 years.
Leaving to mourn sons Gary of Burin; daughters Leona Cheeseman (Rick Samaroo) of Toronto, Judy Smith (Ray Smith) of Spanish Room and Cecilia Cheeseman (Raymond Hooper) of Fort Mac; 4 grandchildren Jackie (Reg), Roger (Arleen), Kassie and Kayla; 2 great grandchildren Jenna and Seth; Anita Pender plus a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by wife Florence; parents Michael and Mary Cheeseman and brothers James and Jerry.
Father Joe officiated Funeral Mass from St. Patrick's RC Church, Tuesday at 11AM with interment following at RC Cemetery, Fox Cove.
Pall Bearers were Brian Cheeseman, Alfred Marshall, Paul Pitcher, Gerard Poulain, Desmond O'Brien, Phonse Dober, Kevin Pender and Raymond Smith.
Cross Bearer was Bruce Inkpen.
