Passed away at St. Clares Mercy Hospital, St. John's on Thursday, February 20, 2014, Alex Reid of Sunnyside, aged 78 years. Predeceased by parents George and Annie, brothers and sisters. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Nina of 52 years; children Darrell (Sheila), Roxanne (Lorne) and Rhonda (Stephen); grandchildren Nicholas, Mitchell, Daniel, Christopher and Sarah; sister Doris (Naaman), and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at United Church, Sunnyside. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 23, 2014 at the United Church, Sunnyside with interment at United Cemetery, Sunnyside. In his memory donations may be made to the United Church, Sunnyside.
