Passed away after a courageous nine year battle with breast cancer at the Ajax Pickering Hospital, on Thursday, March 13, 2014 with her family by her side. Much loved wife of Carman Price and beloved mother of son Scott David Price and his wife Hiroko Goto and daughter Kimberly Joy Hoefs and husband Francis. Proud grandmother of Joshua, Portia, Jordan and Kaitlyn. She is survived by her devoted mother Verna Stone. She was predeceased by her father Russell "Bus" and brother Russell Stone. Nancy will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, family and numerous friends both here in Ontario and in Nova Scotia. She was involved in the medical field for over 40 years as a nurse, research lab technician and a medical secretary. She loved sports, travel, socializing and spending time with her family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Romas Stas, Dr. George Kohn, Dr. S. Gandhi, the nursing staff at the Odette Cancer Centre, Sunnybrook and at the Ajax Pickering Hospital for their loving care and support.
