Passed peacefully away at Wetaskiwin Long Term Care, Alberta on March 12, 2014, in her 95th year, June Stanley, formerly of Clarenville. She is predeceased by her parents, Brendan and Anne Tilley, husband, Baxter Stanley, son, Lennie, brothers, Alex and Al Tilley, sister, Norma Piercey. She leaves to mourn daughter, Heather Singleton (Leonard), Beaumont, AB, grandchildren, John (Cara), Edmonton, AB, Neil (Lee Ann), Airdrie, AB, Alexandra (Mic), Cobourg, ON, great-grandchildren, Jeffrey (Kayla), Edmonton, AB, Adam, Lethbridge, AB, Nathan, Carley, and Leo, sister, Ida Tilley, brother, Gordon Tilley, aunt, Myra King, sisters-in-law, Joan Tilley, Geneva Cholock, Doris Stanley, Edna Stanley, brother-in-law, Eric Stanley (Vinie) and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at Memorial United Church, Clarenville in July (date to be announced). Donations in her memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
