Peacefully on March 14, 2014, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of 57 years to Jean. Loving father to Carol (Zareh Simonian) and Diane (Michael Schwartzentruber). Proud Papa to Johanna, Jacob and Emelia. Brother of the late Phyllis Grant. He will be greatly missed by his niece Leslie Neal and her family. Harold "The big H", was also known as Bozo to his family, friends and co-workers, appearing as a clown at many Christmas, Family and Fund-raising events, throughout the years. He was born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland, moving to London, Ontario in 1947. There he married Jean Hermon, before settling in Toronto in 1956. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Toronto, on Tuesday March 18, 2014. A special thank you to the Nurses and Staff at the Gibson LTC for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
