Andrew "Andy" O'Hara
O'HARA, ANDREW "ANDY" CHARLES - 1965 - 2014 - Andrew "Andy" Charles O'Hara, 48, of Harvey passed away suddenly on March 17th, 2014 at the Dr. Georges L- Dumont Hospital. Andy was born in Albert, NB on June 19th, 1965, the son of Charles and Glenda (Steeves) O'Hara. He was a member of the Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Andy was a mechanic, he worked at Universal Truck & Trailer and last worked at Atlantic CAT. He was a member of the Riverside-Albert Volunteer Fire Department when he was able. Andy was an avid sportsman and played hockey, baseball and curled at the Fundy Curling Club. He enjoyed camping and singing around the campfire, he took any chance he could to play his guitar with family and friends. He was known for his great sense of humour and many called him the comedian of Albert County. His smile and laugh will definitely live on. He was a family man who treasured times with his family. He was a devoted husband and was very proud of his children, you could see the pride in his eyes as he talked about them, each one had their own special place in his heart. He was very happy when his grandsons were around and he was looking forward to the newest addition to the family coming in a few months. We are sure his legacy will live on and all the grandchildren will be told of their special grampy Andy. He would want everyone to look back at a time when he was laughing and carrying on, in only the way he could. Cherish the good times and have a good laugh thinking of a funny story or memory that you shared. "What we keep in memory is ours forever." He will be deeply missed by his parents, Charlie and Glenda O'Hara of Shepody; his wife and best friend, Tracy (Worth) O'Hara; his treasured children, Katie O'Hara (David Steele) of Hillsborough, Alicia Sanford (Jon) of Alma, Haley O'Hara and Joseph O'Hara both at home; his precious grandsons, Ben and William; sisters, Teresa O'Hara of Riverside-Albert, Maureen O'Hara of Salisbury; brothers, Joseph O'Hara (Connie) of Alma and Danny "Schultz" O'Hara (Lynn) of Waterside.
