Beloved mother of Dr. John (Janet), Michael (Audrey), Mary Jane (Kenny Doyle), Dr. Anne (Dr. Duncan MacIntyre), Peter (Carol Clarke). Loving grandmother of Lauren, Christopher, Sarah, Logan, Siobhan, Ainsley, Duncan, Alexandra, Olivia, Madison, Avery. Remembered by Brook and Bailey MacPhail. Sister of Mary MacDonald, Therese Peters, Jean MacDonald. Predeceased by her husband, Jack “Spy” Ready; by her parents, John and Mary (MacLean) MacCormack; by her brothers, John MacCormack, Daniel “Buddy” MacCormack; and by her sister, Susan Peters.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Thursday at 9:45 a.m., then to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visitation Wednesday from 4-7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Unit or to the P.E.I. Cancer Treatment Centre of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
