The family of Mary 'Janice' are saddened to announce her peaceful passing on March 25, 2014 in Westlock, Alberta.
Janice was predeceased by her parents Hector and Medie (Doyle) Boutilier; also her brother Bert (Brenda) Boutilier, all of Little Pond, NS.
Janice was the loving and proud mother of Hector, James (Jess), Benjamin Lloyd and would have soon been a proud grandmother. Janice’s family and her beloved pet Pinto filled her life with joy and happiness. She was loved and will be missed by siblings; Marilyn (Cletus) Couture, Mary Lou (Dexter) Bothwell, James (Dianne), Suzanne (Bruce) McDonald, Walter (Esther), William (Shona), Margaret Anne (Kevin) McGean, Hector (Brenda), Denise (Clarence) Pyke, and Christopher Boutilier.
Janice was blessed with many good friends and will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
A prayer service took place on March 29, 2014 at the Westlock Funeral Home Chapel with Father Ambrose officiating.
A funeral mass will be held at a later date in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and interment will follow in St. Stephen’s cemetery, Florence, NS.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Janice’s name.
