Quin, Velma M. Age 94, of Hantsport, died in Rose Marie Care Home, Hantsport, on March 27, 2014. Born in Port Williams, she was a daughter of the late Ray and Lalia Fraser. She is survived by daughters, Sandi Blom, Halifax; Janie (Bill) Millar; grandchildren, Quin Millar, Stephen Millar, Mississauga, Ont.; Ronda Hall, Kitchener, Ont.; Rae Blom, Toronto, Ont.; great-grandchildren, Ashley, Kayla, Brianna Hall, Christian Gabriel, and baby Everett Millar; brother, Robert (Doris), Bedford, N.S.; sister, Shirley (Ed) Sanford, Coldbrook, N.S. Velma was predeceased by brothers, Ivan, Frankie, infant sister, Jean; husband, Harold Quin; partner, Peter MacKinnon and son-in-law, Ron Blom. The body has been cremated. No service by request.
