With heavy hearts we announce the passing of a dear husband, dad, son, brother and friend Timothy Applin of Wabush, NL after a courageous battle with cancer. Aged 59 years (April 27 1954 to April 20 2014). Tim is predeceased by his parents Aaron & Leah, sister Evangeline, parents-in-law Bill & Evelyn Hillier and bother-in-law Jake Genge. Left with fond and loving memories his loving wife Glenda, daughter Amanda & son-in-law Sherman, son Mark & daughter-in-law Janis. Also leaving to mourn brothers Steve (Blen), Sam (Eileen), Harv (Barb), Stan (Ethel), sisters Julia (Norm) & Gertie, brother-in-law Boyd Hillier (Valerie), two aunts and a large circle of nephews, nieces, other relatives & friends. Funeral has taken place in Labrador West on Wednesday April 23, 2014. Donations may be made in Tim's memory to the Labrador City Hospital Oncology Department. A special thank you to Dr. Thomas Costello, Linda MacMillan (oncology nurse), paramedic Janis Park & all the staff at the CWJM Hospital & Wabush Clinic for their tremendous care & support.
