Travis Daniel Cloutier was born on April 7, 1989, at the Swift Current Union Hospital and passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2014, in Saskatoon, SK. Travis was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Roland Cloutier in 1990; his Aunt Adele Wisser in 2001; and his Uncle Claude Cloutier in 2014. He is survived by his parents, Kendra & Henry Klassen and Dan & Hilary Cloutier; his brothers, Justin (Courtney) and Michael; his grandparents, Ken & Sandra Dunlop, Peter & Annie Klassen, Pauline Cloutier and Brenda Latham; his special Aunt Jean Schwedelsky; his best bud forever, Travis Penner; as well as by numerous loving family and friends.
The Funeral Service was held on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 2:00 pm from the East Side Church of God, Swift Current, SK with Pastor Kevin Snyder officiating. Scripture was read from Isaiah 30:18. “You’re Grace Is Enough”, “This Is Amazing Grace” and “Amazing Grace (My Chains are Gone)” were sung by the congregation under the direction of Pastor Dave Smith. The obituary and poem, “It’s Me” was read by Tyler Sadden with tributes shared by Dan Cloutier, Pastor Kevin Baum - on behalf of the family, and by a PowerPoint Presentation. The ushers in the church were Kim Mason, Wayne Peters, Brian Cloutier and Norman Cloutier. The recessional music was a video of Travis playing, “Tears In Heaven”.
