DUPUIS, CLEOPHAS - Cleophas Dupuis of Belliveau Village passed away at the Dr. Georges L Dumont university hospital center on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at the age of 78 from a short battle with cancer. Born on December 28, 1935 in Memramcook Lake, he was the son of the late Leonard Dupuis and the late Cecilia LeBlanc. He was an employee for Maritime Beverages (Pepsi Cola). He was a member of the Golden Age Club of Pre-D’en-Haut and the Knights of Columbus of Parkton (3th degree). He is survived by his wife Norma; one daughter, Joanne (Jacques) Dupuis of Memramcook East; one son, Emery (Rachel) Dupuis of Bouctouche; one sister, Jeannine Gaudet of St-Joseph; three brothers, Laurie (Pauline) of Belliveau Village, Gerald (Aline) of Lakeburn and Gerard (Therese) of Jonquiere, PQ; two grandchildren: Estelle and Nicole; three great-grandchildren: Josiane, Cedric and Yanik and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister Germaine and one brother Leonce.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Thursday, May 15 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at Notre Dame de l’Annonciation church, Pre-D’en-Haut on Friday, May 16 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
