Leo Martell passed away peacefully on May 11, 2014 in Delta, B.C.
Born in Nova Scotia on Jan. 11, 1922, he later moved to Montreal to start a family before settling in British Columbia to be close to his grandchildren.
A wonderful husband to Rita Martell, father to Estelle Barber and grandfather to Holly and Shawn, Leo always put others first. He lived a joyful life full of family, friends, travel and golf, always with youthful enthusiasm.
He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
Funeral to be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 3900 Arthur Dr., Delta, 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21st.
In lieu of flowers, carry out an act of kindness in his memory.
