RICHARD, EUGÈRE - (1938 - 2014) - RICHIBUCTOU-VILLAGE, NB - Eugère Richard, 75, of Manoir Jean-Baptiste in Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Born in Richibouctou-Village, NB he was the son of the late Gonzague and Vianna Caissie Richard. Before retiring, Eugère was employed as Harbour Manager for 25 years. Eugère will be sadly missed by his loving wife; Joanne (Allain) Richard, five daughters; Kristine (Fernand) Deveau, Charline Richard (Troy), Debby Richard, Jacqueline Richard, Réjèanne Richard (George Thomas), one son; Gonzague Richard (Sophie Gauvin), nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He is also survived by four sister; Yvonne Savoie, Maria Cormier, Eleanore Frigeault and Marie Paul Paquin and one brother; Normand Babineau.
Eugere was predeceased by one granddaughter; Christal.
Resting at St. Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Richibouctou-Village on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Friday at 1:00pm until time of funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 23rd, 2014 at 3:00 pm, St. Antoine de Padoue Roman Catholic Church, Richibouctou-Village. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
