The death occurred peacefully at the Pediatric Unit of the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Tuesday May 20, 2014 with her loving family by her side of Krissy (Krista Dawn) Ellsworth aged 22 years. Loving daughter of Darryl and Darlene (Costain) Ellsworth of St. Lawrence.
Dear sister to Elmer Costain, St. Lawrence; Lacey-Jay (Nelson), Cascumpec, auntie to Skylar and Jacie-Lynn Rayner and Kolby Costain. Loving granddaughter to Richard & Shirley Ellsworth, St. Edward and Hedley & Marcella Costain, Alberton. She will always be remembered by many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her twin sister Jennifer and aunt Roxanne Ellsworth.
Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road for visiting hours Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
Funeral will be held Saturday, May 24, 2014 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road with funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Memorial donations to the PEI Lung Association would be greatly appreciated.
