February 1, 1923 - June 4, 2014 of Rocky Hill CT, passed away peacefully at St. Francis Hospital Hartford CT. John (Jack) White leaves to mourn his loving wife and best friend Bernadette (Fitzpatrick), in-laws Carmel and John Murphy of St. Johns, Mary Snow and (Bill ? deceased) of St. Johns, Joe Kavanagh and (Theresa - deceased) of Ottawa ON, Michael and Sheila Fitzpatrick of Cornwall ON. John also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews as well as great great nieces and nephews. A special thank you to nephew, Barrie Gaulton who came from St. Johns to be with us during this difficult time, and to longtime friend Clare Furtado (Lawlor). Cremation has taken place with inurnment to follow this summer in St. Johns, date to be announced. Cremation is under the care of Connecticut Direct burial and cremation society 580 Elm Street, rocky hill CT 06067.
