It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our precious baby girl on Sunday, June 8, 2014.
Born in Sydney, she was the beloved daughter of Jim and Lisa (Livingstone) Connors and sister of Vicki and Elizabeth.
In her short life, Becca touched many hearts with her beautiful smile and warm heart. She enjoyed volunteering, playing soccer, making bracelets, playing piano and reading, especially Harry Potter. Becca spent many memorable summers at Camp MacLeod.
Besides her parents and siblings, Becca is survived by her grandparents, Jim Connors Sr. and Donna Connors; godparents, Eleanor and Brian Whalen; boyfriend and soulmate, Alex Orychock; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and her dog, Hershey.
She was predeceased by her grandparents, Robert and Eleanor Livingstone.
Becca’s spirit will live on through organ donation.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony Daniel Church on Friday 11 a.m., with Rev. Bill Burke officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
Memorials may be made to mental health at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
