Jack, it's been a year since we lost you, and yet it often feels like it just happened yesterday. Our world was turned upside down in a matter of hours, but missing you will last forever. I have been finding gifts in unexpected places - when our daughters laugh I see your expressions on their faces, I hear your voice. What a wonderful legacy!

We all miss the soaring sounds of your guitar playing, Johnny Vee was simply the best. We miss your never-ending stories about your days in Redeye to your adventures driving taxi.
