HÉBERT, ALVIDA - 1910 - 2014 - Alvida Hébert, 104, of Grande-Digue, passed away peacefully at the Dr G L Dumont UHC in Moncton, on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2014. She was married to the late Aurèle Hébert (1983). Born in Cocagne, she was the daughter of the late Sara Thériault. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Lina Cormier (Omer), her sons; Gérald and Jean, all of Grande-Digue, her sister, Stella Gauvin of Moncton, three grandchildren; Jessie, Sharri-Lee and Kevin, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Alvida was predeceased by two sisters; Elizabeth and Geneva and by two brothers: Edgar and Baptiste.
At the family’s request, there will be no visitations. The Funeral Mass will be held in the La Visitation Roman Catholic Church in Grande-Digue, on Saturday, July 5th, 2014 at 11:00am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In Alvida’s memory a donation can be made to the Dr G L Dumont UHC Foundation.
