Passed peacefully away at his home on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, Stephen Arthur Brown, age 60. Predeceased by his parents Arch and Ruby Brown. Leaving to mourn, his loving wife Leslie; sons Jason, Matthew and Daniel; brother Peter (Sandy), nephews Marcel and André; brother-in-law John Courtenay (Debbie), their son Brad and daughter Terri; sister-in-law Carolyn Verge and her son Tristan; other relatives and friends, especially close lifelong friend, Rick Magill. Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends may visit the family at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd., on Saturday, July 5, from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, July 6, from 2-7 p.m. A private graveside committal service will be held at a later date. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Steve's memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
