The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Wednesday, July 9, 2014, of James "Jim" Linton Taylor of Borden-Carleton and formerly of Cape Traverse, aged 62 years. Jim was born on February 8, 1952, in Ottawa, ON., to his late parents David and Grace (nee Babbitt) Taylor. Survived by his brothers Alex (Kate) of Munster, ON., Ben (Marilyn) of Summerside and his sister True of Canavoy, P.E.I. Also lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews Brittany Taylor, David Taylor, Colleen Taylor-McMillan (David), Cindy Taylor and Charlotte Taylor and great-nieces and great-nephew Eve, Meg and Ben McMillan. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside, until Saturday, July 12, for a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to take place in People's Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations in Jim's memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
